At the heart of our visual identity stands a noble and discreet bird: the Partridge (El-Hjel in Tunisian).
This choice is deeply symbolic. The partridge is rooted in the Tunisian landscape and culture. A ground bird by nature, it roams the same hills, scrublands, and olive groves where our oils are born. It thrives where the olive tree grows—in a land that is both arid and generous, among limestone rocks and wild herbs.
The partridge symbolizes authenticity: it cannot be domesticated; it remains free and loyal to its territory. Like our oil, it is the fruit of a preserved terroir, not of industrial production.
